- Please be careful and double-check that you’ve added the correct address. If we were notified that your order is being returned by the shipping carrier because it couldn’t be delivered, then the customer will pay for reshipping costs. If you want us to reship the order, we will need you to confirm your address.

When will I get my order?
- Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
- USA: 3–4 business days
- Europe: 6–8 business days
- Australia: 2–14 business days
- Japan: 4–8 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
[Covid-19] When will I get my order?
- Our fulfillment times [for all products/t-shirts/phone cases/etc.] may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We’re seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges.
- It’s difficult to predict the shipping times. You can follow our product manufacturing times and add an additional time for shipping on top of them:

- Not all links are Affiliate links (provide small commissions). The links that are Affiliate links may use cookies for their Affiliate Program that allows me to earn small fees (paid by the program) by linking to their sites, but only if you click on the links and make a purchase.
- Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
- What kind of information are you collecting on them and how?

- Credit card numbers are between you and PayPal. I don’t see that information
- I may collect email addresses, names, mailing addresses, phone number, and IP addresses through contact forms and my account information for my email list and shop.
- How do you protect sensitive identifiable information?

- I use security and firewalls to protect my site and data.
- I use encryption software, as indicated by the website security padlock symbol in the address bar. This means information between your web browser and the server is encrypted so that other people cannot see the information that is being sent back and forth.
- I don’t collect credit card numbers. Those are processed by PayPal.

RETURN POLICY

- Wendy’s Writing follows our printer’s refund policy. It can be found here: https://www.printful.com/policies/returns
- Damaged & mislabeled items: Our printer prides themselves on unparalleled product quality. Their orders go through a 3-step quality check before they ship them out. However, if a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through their quality control, or was damaged during shipment, they take full responsibility and provide a free replacement (unless the print came out poorly because of a low-quality print file). Contact us so we can look into the order, please share a detailed description of the problem and add quality photos where we can see the issue. Problems must be filed no later than 4 weeks after the product was received. We will look into it and get in touch with you and figure out the best solution.
- Our return policy does not include refunds for buyer’s remorse or wrongly ordered sizes. Therefore, we won’t be able to issue you a refund for those reasons for the order. Please review each product’s size guide for fit. Thank you for understanding.
- If your order hasn’t arrived, but it’s marked delivered then please let us know so we can check delivery status. Our products are made on-demand and shipping times should be added on top of the fulfillment. Sometimes packages can be left in an unexpected location at the customer’s address so please check around your property. We can inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery staff. Please note that at this time, we don’t cover refunds due to carrier errors. If we sell enough products to cover those costs, then we hope to change that policy. Thank you for understanding.
- Please note: Per many law’s, Wendy’s Writing does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
